disturb/dɪˈstɜːb/ vt. 使不安；打扰；搅乱

一、单词记忆

前缀dis表示away的意思。我们初中的时候学过一个单词disease，表示“病”，讲一下这个单词怎么来的。我们以前学过名词后面加上y，变成形容词，比如wind，“风”，windy，“有风的”，那么反过来，形容词去掉y变成名词，easy，“容易的，舒适的”，（注意一下，easy这个单词还有舒适的意思，可能是人面对的所有事情都是容易的，那么这个人必然觉得他过得很舒适。）去掉y，ease，就是名词，“容易，舒适”，（注意一下，这里有个不发音的e）。然后前面加上dis，“away”，远离舒适的状态，就是生病了。

我们今天这个单词中的dis就是away的意思，后面的turb就相当于turn，“旋转”的意思。disturb，意思就是有个东西不停地在你身边转来转去，你忍无可忍，走掉了。所以这个东西是在“打扰”你。
