(Father and his two daughters)
Once upon a time, a father had two daughters, one married to a vegetable farmer and the other to a potter. After some time, the father came to the vegetable farmer's house and asked his daughter how things were doing and how their lives were going. The daughter said that everything was fine, but there was one thing to pray to the gods, and that was to ask for more rain and to water the vegetables well. Soon after, he came to the potter's house and asked his daughter how she was doing. The daughter said that there was no shortage of anything, only one thing to pray, asking that the weather be clear and the sun be full so that the pottery would dry faster. Her father said to her, "You see the sun, but your sister expects it to rain, so who am I praying for?"
Moral: Those who want to do two very different things at the same time, the result is that neither can be done.
(Thirsty pigeons)
A pigeon was so thirsty that he saw a water bottle drawn on the drawing board and thought it was true. He immediately flew over with a whimper, but unexpectedly collided on the drawing board, broke his wings, fell to the ground, and was easily caught.
Moral: Some people who want to rush to get what they need, impulsively, hastily engaged, will suffer misfortune.
