用英语学英语口语：jet lag 飞行时差(反应)(1)

什么是jet lag啊？

Jet lag用中文来说就是“飞行时差(反应)”啊。

那什么又是“飞行时差反应”呢？

我们作为使用中文作为母语的中国人知识面宽一点的都会“使用中文”这样表达(而不是“翻译成英语”才能理解)：

飞行时差就是你坐飞机从东往西飞，或者从西往东飞，长时间飞行后跨越很多时区后，结果造成你的“肉体”(身体)跑的太快，而“灵魂”(体内生物钟)跟不上来，于是你出现体内生物钟紊乱现象，在异国他乡白天昏昏欲睡，深更半夜却异常清醒无法入睡啊！

这就是我们中国人“用中文说中文”或，任何一个国家的人都是“用母语说母语”，在我们表达时还时不时使用了表达“飞行时差”相关的词汇，什么跨越时区，什么生物钟紊乱，什么从东飞往西等等。

你天天说想学英语口语，如果你见到jet lag后也能做到“用英语说英语”(等于英美人用母语说母语)，那么，这不就是一种“英语口语”训练和口语能力吗？

Jet lag,is also called flight fatigue, is a temporary disorder that causes fatigue, insomnia, as a result of air travel across many time zones from east to west or from west to east. It is a disruption of the internal body clock.

Children and babies can also suffer the same jet lag symptoms as adults.

OK. Jet lag has two names. Yoy can call it a jet lag. You can also call it a flight fatigure.Both are the same.

2. 读到jet lag is a temporary disorder时，自己跟自己说英语：

Well jet lag is only temperary, that is, it will last for only a few tine, or only a few days.

怎么？这样简单的英语你自己都不会说？那么，你说的“练习英语口语”指的是什么呢？

3. 读到jet lag causes fatigue, insomnia时，自己跟自己说英语：

OK, when we have a jet lag, we will have fatigure and insomnia.Insonmia means sleeplessness at night, or we can not fall asleep at night.

4. 读到as a result of air travel across many time zones from east to west or from west to east时，重点的“自己跟自己说英语”出现了：

Wow, the most important reason why we expereince jet lag is we travel by plane, and we cross from time zone to time zone(from one time zone to another time zone),either from east to wedt or from west to east.

这一大段英语，可是要重点记背下来的哟，但是，不可以有“翻译成中文”依赖症！
